Refund Policy

Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with all tags attached. Limited edition items and final sale products are non-returnable.

 

Exchanges:

Need a different size? Reach out within the 14-day window—we’ll do our best to accommodate if the item is still in stock.

 

Refunds:

Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll issue a refund to your original payment method. Please allow 5–7 business days for processing. Original shipping costs are non-refundable.

 

International Orders:

We accept international returns, but customers are responsible for all return shipping fees, duties, and taxes. We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as OA: OF ART is not liable for returns lost in transit.

 

How to Start a Return:
